GOURMET SUSHI
GlenWood’s decision 3 years ago to establish a Gourmet Sushi restaurant on its wine farm has been met with great success. Not only is the sushi world-class in its own right, but when complemented by GlenWood’s outstanding wines, in their beautiful location, this becomes a winning combination.
Some of GlenWood’s specialities are: Calamari Tentacles, Salmon Sashimi, the Crunch Bomb Roll, made up of prawn tempura and avo on the inside, topped with fresh, seared tuna, a sweet soy sauce and tempura crumbs; the Hot Night Roll, another specialty dish of spiced tuna on the inside, topped with a panko shrimp and spicy, sweet chilli mayo.
